How to place the materials.
   We will be pleased to study all offers regarding your materials to place on our pages. The materials may be given by individuals and institutions. There are no requirements regarding the author’s occupation, age, education and form in which the material is given, provided that the materials relate to topics discussed on our pages and are not prohibited by international law and uniform principles of free press.
   We don’t pay any remuneration to authors for the materials published, but any author, of whom material is not advertising in nature and exceeds 1500 signs, is entitled to use the last 300 signs of the material present there his own trademarks, services, products and ideas within the framework of related theme. You can place short advertisements free of charge in the "Forums" section.
   Short materials that are of informing, educational, entertainment, and other non-advertising nature will be published within 3 days of the date of receipt, provided that these materials have been approved for placement on our pages.
   All materials must be presented in English in electronic form. Text files must have one of the following formats: html, htm, rtf, pdf, doc, txt. All graphical figures accompanying the text must be presented to us in format jpg, png or gif (total size of the graphical files must not be above 500 kbyte).
   We reserve the right to edit the materials and not to publish materials without explanation of the reason. We are not responsible for content of advertisements, and our opinion may differ from author’s opinion. In using the materials the reference to www.circusland.com is obligatory.
