Agreement on providing the services at Circusland.com.
All the Circusland.com users agree to observe the present Agreement.
Circusland.com reserves the right to alter the conditions of this Agreement and rules of use of the services rendered on a unilateral basis.
Circusland.com renders services to private persons and organizations assuming the rules described below. This condition is necessary but not sufficient: circusland.com has the right to refuse to render services to anyone at its own discretion.
All the services shall be provided "as is", i.e. without any guarantees, expressed or implied.
The Circusland.com administration shall not be responsible for the content of its users' pages.
The Circusland.com administration shall not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information placed at the users' pages, and also it shall not be responsible for:
- any errors or inaccuracies which may arise in connection with the use of such information;
- any faults, delays in services or time breaks in delivery of any filling provided by the users;
- any losses or damages caused by the content or services provided by the Circusland site.
The content of the users' pages shall not be subject to any censorship by the circusland.com administration before placing it to the World Wide Web (the Internet).
Ideas and opinions presented in the composers' materials placed here may not reflect the standpoints of the Circusland.com administration.
The Circusland.com administration reserves the right to stop any unlawful use of the service rendered, in particular, to close access to the server and to destroy the placed information.
The user shall bear full responsibility for all the actions accomplished under his (her) registration name and password, including the content of materials belonging to Circusland.com that are distributed or published at the web space.
The user agree not to use services rendered by circusland.com for the purposes which are in contradiction with the laws, international treaties and conventions, which damage the information confidentiality or cause faults in the system running. In the event this provision is violated any data of the user may be removed without notice.
The user shall bear full responsibility for all the information to be placed by him (her) himself (herself) or by a third party within the limits of the web space provided to him (her) (catalogues at the server, databases, mail, etc) and accessible by any way through the Internet. Circusland.com shall not be responsible for any information placed by the service users or a third party.
Circusland.com shall not be responsible for possible stoppages in the services rendered. Circusland.com does not guarantee that the services will not be interrupted, that a service-supporting program will be error-free or that such errors will be eliminated in proper time.
Circusland.com has the right to change some characteristics of the banner advertisement on your page.
Circusland.com shall not be responsible before the third party in the event any service users violate the third party's copyright.
The users are obliged to have respect for other people's intellectual property. Circusland.com may close the access to the server's services and destroy all the information of the users violating the other persons' intellectual property rights as the case may be and at own discretion of Circusland.com without notice.
The users shall have no right to alter, reformat, decompile, copy, demonstrate, transfer, distribute, license, create derivatives of, sell, issue, and publish any information or services without permission of Circusland.com. In addition, the users may not place a "mirror" of any information or service rendered by circusland.com on their own area of the web space.
Circusland.com shall not be responsible for any faults in computer equipment, which may arise during the use of the services rendered, as well as for any delays and faults in the services rendered.
The services shall be rendered in the form in which they have been worked out by the circusland.com system. The user is not entitled to have the service providing process modernized or changed by Circusland.com to meet his (her) personal needs.
Circusland.com shall not be responsible for the loss of information from the user's web space in the server. In this connection the hosting support service urgently recommend the users to make reserve copies of important files of the project.
This Agreement may be changed by Circusland.com on a unilateral basis, and the user will be notified about such changes in proper time.
The use of any service provided by Circusland.com implies your confirmation that you have agreed upon the present Agreement.
