How to find the merchandise that you need.
All of the goods are divided into groups displayed on the left side of the page in your browser (for your convenience they can be seen at all times).
After you choose the group of merchandise, e.g. "Books and magazines", you will proceed to the following catalogue, presented in our shop. Note where it says "Total of the items in this category", - it's a total quantity of items currently available in this section. Browsing through the sections of the catalogue, you will find pages with merchandise lists and short information about each of the items.
In order to see more information about the item you are interested in, click on its image and you will be taken to a page with detailed description of the item. You can also find the merchandise using the search engine of the shop. To do so, type in the search word in the request form, choose the section and click the "Search" button.

How to place an order.
If you have found the necessary item, you can begin placing the order. Next to the description of the item you will always find a button with an image of a shopping cart and a word "Order". By clicking on the button your item will be placed in the your Cart. In the upper right corner of your browser window you'll see the "Cart" link (the shopping cart keeps the items chosen during your previous visits to our shop and the ones that you have just ordered, which you can of course always delete). By clicking on the "Cart" link, you will be taken to the cart, which displays all the chosen items. In order to begin placing an order, click "Checkout Order".
After you have clicked the "Checkout Order" button, in case you have already shopped in our store, you will be prompted to enter your ID (unique number) and password. In case you have not previously made any purchases with us, the ID (your unique number) will be assigned to you automatically.

The ID (your unique number) and password will allow you to save time in the future on entering your personal data, since every time you visit back our service will "remember" your information and you will not have to enter your data again and again.
After you have filled out all of the fields, to continue placing order press "Show Invoice" button.
Via e-mail (indicated during registration) you must receive confirmation that your order is accepted. Only receiving this e-mail confirms that your order has been accepted by us. You will also receive information about the final cost of your order, including delivery to a region specified by you. In the next 24 hours after placing an order you will be able to cancel it, to do so send e-mail to our manager with all the information about the order - sales@circusland.com

Please note: your order will be executed only after your money transfer to our account will be confirmed.

This is explained by the fact that most of the merchandise presented in our shop is stored with our suppliers outside Russia and we are forced to limit the opportunity of our customers to refuse the purchase of the item after it has been ordered and delivered from abroad.
Make sure you state the right name of your region, the cost of delivery will be calculated based upon this information. Also don't forget to state the post-code - usually it speeds up the delivery, as well as the region and oblast (if applies). Last name, first name and middle name of the recipient should be written in full.
Please note: in case the goods are to be delivered outside the Russian Federation, your billing info and shipping address are to be written in their English transcription - except for CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries where mail addressed in Russian could be correctly processed (Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.). Keep that in mind when filling out necessary fields while placing your order.

What makes up the cost of your order.
Our retail price (including all taxes) - stated in the description of each item;
+ mail delivery cost - for the goods to be delivered in Russia or CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries. The cost of delivery depends on the remoteness of the region where you live. When placing an order you inform the system about the region where you live and in the future the mail delivery cost will be calculated based on this information.
Please note: our shop works only on the BASIS OF PREPAYMENT.
When placing the order you will be prompted about the type of delivery available for your order.

Methods of delivery.
The following delivery methods are available in our shop:

  • Courier: this method includes delivery of your order from abroad by the international delivery service and free courier delivery right to the hands of the customers. For the moment this method is only available for customers who live in Moscow within the Ring Road.
  • International delivery services: this is our most common method of delivery from abroad. The items are delivered by our foreign suppliers who guarantee insurance and compliance with all freight regulations for different kinds of items.
In case the customer who wants to place an order with our shop lives outside Russian Federation, we will additionally consider possibility to deliver the chosen item (or a part of it) straight from the supplier. We will of course individually define possibility and effectiveness of this kind of delivery according to the specific situation, but sometimes this method will significantly decrease customer's expenses on delivery.

Times and terms delivery.
Time to process the order (mentioned in detailed description of the item)
+ time of delivery.
International delivery service will deliver the order anywhere in the world - as well as within Russia, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and other foreign countries. We deliver the order from 1 to 4 weeks. The time depends on which region you live in and on the customs and mail service.
If you need an express delivery from 5 to 8 days, make sure to indicate this when placing your order. Our manager will inform you about the possibility of this delivery and will calculate your order based on the rates for express delivery.
When calculating the total amount of your order, we don't include the customs fee, which can be levied by the customs services of your country. The size of the customs fee is determined by the internal regulations of your country and depends, first of all, on the total amount of the goods. According to the laws of Russian Federation, if the cost of your order does not exceed 100 USD, the customs duties are not to be collected.

Sometimes we have to break the order into multiple parcels in order to comply with existing mail limits, specified by the Russian mail service. The weight of packages sent from Russia to foreign countries cannot exceed 5 kg, to Canada and Ireland - 2 kg (regular mail). Airmail delivery has only one limit - the weight of one package cannot exceed 31 kg. Russian orders under 6 kg are divided into 2 kg book-posts, orders above 6 kg are divided into parcels. Russian orders with a total cost of goods exceeding 5 monthly minimum wages are sent only in parcels.
According to the order of the Russian Ministry of Communications when sending orders by the Russian mail, 20% VAT is levied from the shipping cost. This amount is automatically included in the delivery cost when you're placing your order and you will not have to make additional VAT payments (for example when accepting delivery). In case there are seasonal or other limitations for mail deliveries to your region (for example overland delivery is not available), we will send you the order by methods available at the time of shipping - but only within the existing tariff of the Ministry of Communications. If this method will require additional costs to the ones calculated for your order, you will have to pay additional price upon receiving the order. Unfortunately, in this case we will not be able to inform you about the change in delivery costs beforehand. In case the mail tariffs are changed during the processing of your order, the cost of your order will be changed according to the change in delivery costs without any additional notice.
After your order is handled to the mail service, our internet-shop cannot be held responsible for delays or any other problems during the delivery, which are the fault of these services.

Payment methods.
1. Physical persons can make a payment for the order through their operating bank. When placing an order you will be given its identification number and the total value of your purchase. Only after that you will pay for your order. The information needed to make a payment will be sent to you with an e-mail confirming your order.
2. You can make a payment using your Visa, JCB or EuroCard/MasterCard credit cards. We will perform the transaction in an online mode via Assist payment system, which security is confirmed by the Verisign company certificate. All information as it travels between your browser and the payment server is encrypted using the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) and is available for the payment system only. The database of our customers is also confidential and closed for any firms and organizations and cannot be passed on to anyone.
3. Organizations can make a payment with a bank transaction to our firm's account. The payment is to be made according to the invoice.
Please note! We do not accept payment by cheques and debit cards - VISA Electron, Cirrus/Maestro or any other, not depending on the bank-emitter of the card.
If you make a payment through your operating bank, please, inform us about the performed transaction by sending us the copy of a receipt via e-mail. This will speed up the processing of your order and will help to avoid any unpleasant misunderstandings.
